CAPABILITY STUDIES

Understand the principle.
See what becomes possible.

Purpose-built abstract views explain each capability. These are conceptual representations, not production interfaces or operational data.

01 / FEATURE EXPLORATION

Start with the room.

A spatial view brings devices, scenes and environmental readings into the place where they matter. Residents navigate a home rather than reconstruct an engineering address map.

Available controls depend on the installed project, connected devices and resident permissions.

02 / FEATURE EXPLORATION

Understand what a scene will do.

A scene detail view makes a coordinated routine visible as a sequence of actions. Lighting, climate, shading and access can be understood together before a resident runs the routine.

The conceptual view groups capabilities around a resident intention. Explore the actual product and its interface on the Homira website.

03 / FEATURE EXPLORATION

Connect everyday use with energy.

The energy surface brings the household’s connected energy information into the resident experience. It gives energy a place alongside comfort and access rather than leaving it in a separate engineering tool.

Source measurements, solar, storage and configured system scope determine which information is available.

04 / FEATURE EXPLORATION

Keep direct control close at hand.

Temperature and operating mode remain accessible as explicit controls. A resident can act on a familiar room-level surface even as richer assistance is introduced.

Direct controls and clear feedback are a foundation for a useful Agent experience: an intelligent suggestion should remain understandable and correctable.

SYSTEMS / IN DETAIL

From an instruction to an environment.

A useful home experience connects what a person is doing with the conditions around them. The behaviour-centred research direction adds an interpretation layer between language and individual device commands.

Why environment goals rather than device lists?

“Help me settle in for the evening” describes an experience, not a protocol. A proposed composer would translate that intent into suitable light, climate and other available capabilities. This is a research direction: the demonstration illustrates the interaction and does not establish universal autonomous control.

HOW HOMIRA FITS
01

Begin with everyday life

Comfort, access, energy and routines are the resident-facing expression of the connected foundation. Homira brings those experiences into one home interface.

02

Make context useful

The Home Agent direction explores how intent and environment can inform suggested actions. The demonstration is illustrative; it is not evidence of autonomous operation in every home.

03

Explore the product

Homira has its own product website. This page explains its place within the Tecco platform family and provides a direct path to the resident experience.

HOMIRA AGENT / INTERACTION DEMO

Intent.
Context.
Confirmation.

A conversation can start with “It’s too hot.” The interface asks for context, offers a room-level action and makes the next step visible.

For a sensitive action such as unlocking a door, the demo introduces a separate confirmation. This is the interaction architecture we are developing: useful intelligence with explicit execution boundaries.

Explore the Agent architecture Edited, silent excerpt from a supplied Homira demo recording. The recording demonstrates interface behaviour; no real devices are changed.
