A spatial intelligence company needs more than a model. It needs people who understand products, buildings, software, energy and the demanding work of making them operate together.

Strategy & industry
Jason Yu
Chief Executive Officer
Make a new category possible.
A serial founder and director of Tecco and related entities, Jason helped establish the transition from ICT to connected building technology. His focus is the company around the platform: the partnerships, commercial direction and long-term choices that turn engineering ambition into a durable business.

Joe Zhou
Product, Solutions & Strategy
Turn physical complexity into software.
Joe’s career connects heavy machinery at SANY, security and customs systems at Nuctech, and intelligent building platforms at Terminus Group. At Nuctech he rose to Director of Smart Security and Customs Systems Analysis; at Terminus he led IoT solutions and served as chief architect for smart low-carbon products. Since joining Tecco in 2024, he has brought that experience to spatial models, design automation and the engineering path from human intent to physical action.
UESTC · BEng in Electrical Engineering and Automation. Tsinghua University · MBA. His current work connects owner-led agent workflows, platform architecture and the behaviour-centred environment engine described in “A critical step towards spatial intelligence.”
The energy and partnerships discipline brings experience across energy strategy, EMS, metering, solar and electrification into the company’s platform direction. The work is to connect what a building can understand and control with the needs of developers, builders, electricians and energy partners.
Platform & technology
Wallace Fan
Software Engineering
Build the system all the way through.
Wallace leads the software engineering work connecting the platform, digital twin, Studio, resident application and the algorithms behind them. His contribution is architectural continuity: preserving meaning as a project moves from an authored model into configuration, interfaces and operating systems.
The challenge extends beyond individual features. Shared identity, explicit contracts, state reconciliation and release evidence must stay coherent across a connected software stack. That is the engineering foundation on which more capable spatial agents can be built.
Ray brings experience in financial-sector ICT infrastructure and intelligent-building programmes delivered through subcontractor networks. At Tecco, this discipline connects remote support, coordination and difficult field cases with the licensed electricians who install the systems.

Sharon Li
Operations & Supply Chain
Make a repeatable promise.
Sharon’s end-to-end operations focus connects product readiness, supply and delivery. The work behind a dependable platform includes what is prepared before installation, how changes reach the supply chain and how the next delivery learns from the last one.
HOW THE DISCIPLINES CONNECT
A shared outcome. Different forms of judgement.
Product defines the experience and the problem worth solving. Platform engineering makes the model and its contracts coherent. Energy expertise tests the meaning of signals and the constraints behind an optimisation.
Deployment brings the work into contact with actual buildings and people. Operations makes preparation and delivery repeatable. Strategy connects these capabilities to the relationships and long-term decisions that sustain the company.
The value is in the hand-offs between these disciplines: a design that can be configured, a configured system that can be installed, and an installed environment whose behaviour can be understood.
